Gabriella Hudis, Director of Wholesale Power & Markets Services Group at Gabel Associates, has more than 8 years of experience in energy markets, with extensive knowledge of natural gas supply and natural gas utility operations in both the regulated and unregulated spaces.  She undertakes monitoring and reporting of Regional Transmission Organization (RTO) activities and supports transactions in the wholesale energy markets.

Ms. Hudis possesses a deep understanding of natural gas market dynamics, trading strategy, operations, scheduling, and commodity transaction diligence.

Prior to joining Gabel Associates, Ms. Hudis worked as an analyst for New Jersey Natural Gas specializing in supply optimization and trading strategies for utility positions. As part of this role, she assisted in scheduling and balancing up to 700,000 dekatherms of utility load and power generation fuel off the NJNG system. In addition to her experience with a regulated utility, she managed basis risk and structured hedge positions for an unregulated gas marketer. Ms. Hudis also regularly interfaced with merchant generation assets to optimize fuel positions, including developing strategies to manage fuel contracts relative to energy market dispatch.
